About Maya

As an American-Israeli designer, I earned my degree in Interior Building & Environmental Design at Shenkar College in Israel. I also studied abroad in Rome and Philadelphia, gaining first-hand experience with diverse architectural traditions. Growing up between cultures and traveling extensively has given me a multi-faceted perspective that informs my work. I have a foundation in theatre and art, which taught me to appreciate creativity and the magic of design. These experiences helped me discover my passion for creating interiors and architecture that connect people with nature and each other.

My design approach blends research-driven strategies, biophilic principles, and human-centered experiences. I thrive on learning quickly, collaborating with teams, and building meaningful connections through design. When I’m not designing, I enjoy exploring new cities and cultures and hunting for the perfect cup of coffee.
